If you like playing sports to stay healthy and physically fit, then you might need a break during the cold season. Cricket, football, frisbee, any kind of outdoor activity which is a part of your daily routine should be crossed out from your schedule till the time the air quality does not improve. For a while, it is better to engage in indoor activities like badminton, basketball and table tennis.
